It's how we work

Deepteam wants to work with Associates to deliver customer solutions using the Business Integrated Governance Model (BIG).


BIG is becoming a trusted model which customers are adopting to radically improve their attainment of strategic goals with confidence and control. The BIG Model has been created by the Business Integrated Governance CIC and further developed by Deepteam. BIG is outlined in the BIG Body of Knowledge which provides a base set of knowledge for organisations to exploit in identifying and delivering improvements to portfolio, programme, product and project management governance including for ISO 37000 (Governance of Organizations) adoption.

Partners are companies who deliver their own solutions end to end, but who provide solutions that would fit into a BIG client programme. Partners are also people who may collaborate with Deepteam to extend their offering in a client organisation.


For example: Data Integration Solution Providers, Application Development, Technology Solution Providers, Training Providers, Specilist Consultants / service providers.

What’s in it for you?


We  invest time and effort into supporting a Partner to learn the model, to see how their solution would fit and become able to explain it to potential customers. Deepteam has already worked with some key partners, but to grow, we need to connect with more.


We want Partners to grow their portfolio of offerings to include BIG and to be a clear BIG solution. That way they can expand the breadth of value they can offer to existing and new clients. It also means that Deepteam can publicise the Partner solution too.


We want to help partners expand their marketing and delivery capabilities to win more business so together we can bring BIG to more organisations.


What’s in it for us?


We already collaborate with Associates and Partners on events, proposals and engagements. We want to grow our busienss and your busienss - with very capable Associates and Partners, not staff.
