Deepteam wants to work with Associates to deliver customer solutions using the Business Integrated Governance Model (BIG).


BIG is becoming a trusted model which customers are adopting to radically improve their attainment of strategic goals with confidence and control. The BIG Model has been created by the Business Integrated Governance CIC and further developed by Deepteam. BIG is outlined in the BIG Body of Knowledge which provides a base set of knowledge for organisations to exploit in identifying and delivering improvements to portfolio, programme, product and project management governance including for ISO 37000 (Governance of Organizations) adoption.


Associates are people who deliver expertise that would fit into a BIG client programme. Associates are also people who may collaborate with Deepteam to extend their offering in a client organisation.


For example, experts in: Strategy, Governance and Assurance, Portfolio, Programme, Product, Project, Work Management, Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Change Management, Training.

What’s in it for you?


We  invest time and effort into supporting an Associate to learn the model and become able to explain it to potential customers. Deepteam has already built connections with over 50 individuals with BIG capabilities, but to grow, we need to connect with more.


We want Associates to grow their portfolio of offerings to include BIG. That way you can  expand the breadth of value you can offer to existing and new clients.


We want to help expand your marketing and delivery capabilities to win more business so together we can bring BIG to more organisations.
